Every month Elaine gives a free talk detailing her own 15 year experience of Reiki, the benefits she has noticed and what you can expect in a Reiki workshop.  She spends time describing the differences between the Usui and Kundalini systems of Reiki and clarifies any questions you have.

The talk culminates in an ‘attunement’ to Reiki where you will be able to experience the Reiki flow through your own hands and have several weeks to play with the energy and see for yourself how healing it is.

The talks are held at The Reiki Centre, 282D River Valley Rd
