A delightful time to decompress, heal and experience Reiki in your own hands.  This session is open to Reiki practitioners and complete beginners.

Elaine will give a very brief introduction to Reiki for those new to the healing therapy and then offer a Heart attunement to anyone wanting to experience the Reiki flowing through their own hands.

There will follow a meditation and group Reiki healing.  This involves placing your hands on yourself whilst being guided by Elaine to relax and rejuvenate.  A group healing involves creating a healing circle and amplifies energy providing an ideal environment for a strong sensation of Reiki to be felt as well as a lovely healing experience for all.

$10 by donation.

All are welcome, no prerequisites, but booking is recommended.
