Life Coach and Reiki Master

Sonyan is a Life Coach and Reiki Master specializing in helping people shift through crisis.  Having experienced her own share of trauma and life changes, Sonyan has harnessed the healing energy of Reiki (becoming an Usui Reiki Master in 2002) and the transformative tools of coaching to develop a powerful set of skills to help anyone dealing with sorrow, grief, loss, separation and divorce, painful changes, crossroads or rebuilding.

Sonyan walks her talk with Reiki being a powerful practice in her life. It has transformed, challenged and healed her physically, emotionally and spiritually.  She has coaching qualifications from CoachU and Solution Focused Coaching and Therapy with the Academy of Solution Focussed Training.

Sonyan provides both coaching and Reiki healing at the Reiki Centre.  She is a generous, insightful and understanding coach and healer.
