Kundalini Reiki
This system of Reiki has been developed in the past decade by a Danish healer and meditator, Ole Gabrielson. Workshops are run over one day and cover a dizzying array of tools and techniques. An excellent tool for those with little time, or those who love making things happen!
The Kundalini Reiki system is well suited to those who enjoy manifesting, to those who prefer speedy rather than meditative practices. This system appears to magnify the speed of growth and can promote rapid change and renewed direction in your life. It still has a deeply healing component and includes meditation.

Kundalini Reiki is still relatively new to the Centre so we are still experimenting with its benefits and strengths. In general the speed of treatments are a real bonus, especially as the effects seem to last for several days after the treatment and thus ensures the energy continues to promote healing and wellness in the body.
During the workshop we learn how to give several varieties of treatments (all 5 minutes in length), including both contact healing and distance healing. The practitioner also becomes actively involved in the healing process with an ability to direct the energy to specific hot spots or blockages, past trauma or relationship issues. The advantage of this system is in the speed of manifestation of changes and the speed in which the system can be learnt (up to Masters over a period of several evenings).
