The key component that this teaching offers is the power our EMOTIONS play in creating our quality of life.
You are what you think (or more accurately what you feel). What you feel spills out in your words and actions and that, over time, creates your life. Simply by changing the quality of your thinking can change the quality of your life. However, simply changing the way you talk is not going to change much if your emotional life does not correspond. Remember the days of affirmations? “I am strong”, “I am powerful”, I am..um..kidding myself? Our emotional state never lies, so by paying attention to that, we can shift our emotional ‘vibration’ much more quickly and we can look forward to a more genuine shift in thinking and action.
