1. Evening Free Talk:
Every month Elaine gives a free evening talk detailing her own 15 year experience of Reiki, the benefits she has noticed and what you can expect in a Reiki workshop. She spends time describing the differences between the Usui and Kundalini systems of Reiki and clarifies any questions you have.
The evening culminates in an ‘attunement’ to Reiki where you will be able to experience the Reiki flow through your own hands and have several weeks to play with the energy and see for yourself how healing it is.
1. Lunchtime Free Talk:
Every month Dara gives a free lunchtime talk detailing the benefits she has noticed and what you can expect in her Reiki workshop. Please note this talk does not include the Reiki ‘attunement’.
The talks are held at The Reiki Centre, 282D River Valley Rd
